Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and reviews related to our brand. 2. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms. 3. Identify and address potential issues or negative sentiment online, working to mitigate any reputational damage. 4. Managing reviews and ratings on different platforms. 5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
