Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Associates / Business Development Executives. The role involves providing excellent support to customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support for existing clients, including those with life insurance policies. Call and verify customer information, send payment reminders, and resolve policy-related queries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure smooth communication with clients. Provide accurate details about company services and additional options available. Update customer information in the service database during and after calls. Process data through ERP as per company policies. Engage in customer communications triggered on behalf of the company. Work towards achieving assigned targets while maintaining quality service. Report to the Team Manager and follow structured workflows. Skills & Requirements: Languages: Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more of the followingTelugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, or Hindi. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Basic computer proficiency. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under supervision. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (8 AM - 8 PM) or general shifts (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM) based on role. Willingness to work from the office and relocate if required.
