Department: Customer Support Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site Shift: Rotational Shifts Contact Person: Akansha 8450097147 Email: akansha.tomar@technotask.co.in Key Responsibilities: · Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels promptly and professionally. · Provide accurate information related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues. · Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible. · Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures. · Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support levels. · Maintain customer records and document all interactions in CRM systems. · Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR, quality scores). · Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and system changes. Skills: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. · Strong typing speed and computer literacy. · Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. · Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
