Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints. Desired Candidate Profile Good English communication skills with good voice quality; ability to work in blended processes. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn new technologies/processes quickly. Any HSC passed freshers or experienced can apply.
