Handle inbound customer inquiries related to products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner. Utilize strong communication skills (verbal & written) to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international/domestic voice process. Strong English communication skills for effective query resolution over phone/email/chat. Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage and its mandatory.
