Customer Support Associate

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply! No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a desire to grow in the customer service field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Assist customers by answering their queries and providing timely solutions.
• Learn and provide accurate information regarding our products/services.
• Update customer records and assist in maintaining our CRM system.
• Work alongside senior team members to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
• Support the team in achieving customer service targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with using email, chat, and CRM systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Eagerness to develop problem-solving skills and improve service delivery.
• A team player who is ready to collaborate and learn from colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
