About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of the brand in our retail stores — delivering a premium shopping experience, driving sales through meaningful conversations, and ensuring every customer walks out delighted. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication, sales acumen, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Drive tele-calling and lead closures, converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly in fluent English, creating trust and comfort for customers.
  • Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and offer the right product solutions.
  • Exhibit thorough product knowledge and articulate features and benefits effectively.
  • Execute lead management and follow-ups systematically to boost conversions.
  • Support day-to-day store operations — including merchandising, billing, and reporting.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, embodying the brand’s values at all times.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and urgency to ensure complete satisfaction.
