Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Relationship Executive in the Referral Program team, your main responsibility is to cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and drive customer referrals through various activities such as meaningful conversations, meet & greet sessions, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with existing clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings to drive customer referrals - Validate referral leads as an integral part of the backend process - Conduct meet & greet sessions and support marketing activities to enhance referral promotion - Nurture positive client relationships to generate quality leads - Communicate persuasively and patiently with customers to encourage word-of-mouth promotion Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Natural sweet-talker with high energy and a customer-first mindset - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or similar roles - Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively Additional Details: The work model for this role is hybrid, allowing you to work from the office if located in the same city or work from home if not.,
