Customer Success Partner

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at our company, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-growth Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands in the US and Europe. Working within a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with founders, product specialists, and sales teams to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS), drive product adoption, and generate referrals. Your main focus will be on ensuring the success and satisfaction of our merchants. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of Merchant NPS, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth through referrals - Manage client relationships from start to finish, ensuring tangible business outcomes for merchants - Track and analyze client performance, provide actionable insights, and offer support throughout their journey - Work closely with the marketing team to create case studies, share merchant success stories, and promote product use cases - Develop a profound understanding of the DTC/e-commerce landscape and actively represent Loop in relevant communities and social platforms Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles - Proficient in communication skills and comfortable working with Excel - Solution-oriented, proactive, and adept at interpersonal communication - Demonstrates a high level of ownership, diligence, and a drive for growth - Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred but not mandatory If you require any additional details about our company, please let me know so I can provide further information.,
