Job Description

Key deliverables: ï‚· Strengthen, build, enhance existing partnership with corporate clients in assigned portfolio ï‚· Supporting them in leveraging to derive tangible process & purchase savings ï‚· Cross sell products, primarily increasing Hotel penetration ï‚· On-board sister/ subsidiary companies of Parent companies for availing travel services ï‚· Track account performance on daily/ regular basis ï‚· Conducting Quarterly/ half yearly / annual Travel Business reviews ï‚· Monitor profitability of managed accounts & overall portfolio ï‚· To be points person for partners in streamlining and providing solutions in case of issues ï‚· Build strong web of influence within managed corporates ï‚· Ring-fence partnership from competition ï‚· Track & report competition activities to Sales & Business Development Team ï‚· Develop collaborative relationships across teams within and outside market ï‚· Support GM and Vice President to drive a winning culture within the team Requirements: ï‚· Graduate or PGD with relevant corporate 5 to 7 year sales experience in TMC, Hotel or Airline industry ï‚· Proven track record in sales negotiations and closing skills with clients ï‚· Demonstrated experience in delivering aggressive sales results ï‚· Knowledge of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services ï‚· Working knowledge of Corporate Services product lines and industry technology products ï‚· Strong financial acumen ï‚· Strong communication and presentation skills with knowledge on MS word, excel ï‚· Requires strong resilience, high energy and a result driven approach Show more Show less
