We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who has direct experience working with Moveworks to join our growing team. Job Summary: As a Customer Success Manager , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Leena AIs solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging AI-driven automation. Experience with Moveworks is a mandatory requirement for this role, as you will work with clients who have integrated both platforms. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their success with Leena AI s platform. Develop deep expertise in Leena AI s solutions and how they integrate with Moveworks to drive customer value. Onboard new customers, guiding them through implementation, best practices, and successful adoption of the platform. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive product adoption and expansion. Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to optimize the customer experience. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support) to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently. Advocate for customers needs and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product development. Develop and maintain customer success strategies to improve retention, engagement, and expansion. Requirements: Must have experience working with Moveworks. 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within an enterprise SaaS environment. Strong understanding of AI-powered automation tools, ITSM, and enterprise collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to analyze customer needs, solve problems, and drive product adoption. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing product roadmaps based on customer feedback. Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with customer success tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HR Tech, IT Service Management (ITSM), or enterprise automation solutions. Prior experience working with AI-driven platforms and chatbots.
