Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Exponentia.ai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success across the UK and European markets. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them leverage our data, AI, and cloud solutions to achieve their business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and sales, to deliver seamless and impactful solutions. Job Responsibilities: Develop and expand client relationships across the UK and European markets. Responsible for conceptualizing and building business cases in AI and data intelligence (AI + Data + Cloud). Ensure high client satisfaction rates through effective engagement management (driven by the tech team). Coordinate projects with delivery teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project governance. Represent Exponentia.ai at industry events, driving brand awareness and managing revenue targets. Work closely with the leadership team to develop account plans and strategies for enhancing client relationships. Conceptualize and deliver business solutions, providing customized presentations articulating progressive value propositions to executive-level audiences. Deep dive into ongoing projects, addressing and resolving challenges as they arise. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to build proposals, develop point-of-view decks, and present them to client stakeholders. Conduct regular client engagements and workshops, acting as the single point of contact for both clients and the Exponentia team for assigned accounts. Required Skills: 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is required. Proven ability to engage with senior leadership (VP, Director, or C-level) in enterprise environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly to change, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with diverse clients across industries, tailoring strategies to their specific needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, data analytics, or AI/ML are a plus. Education/Qualification: MBA from Tier I/II institute.
