Job Description: Dhruvsoft is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, understanding client needs, ensuring successful solution adoption, and maximizing customer value. You will closely collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to provide outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities: Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption processes, helping clients derive maximum value from our solutions. Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, proactively addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities. Monitor customer health indicators, proactively addressing potential issues and risks. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product development, technical support) to deliver effective solutions to customers. Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and customer experiences. Conduct regular business reviews and proactively offer strategic insights and recommendations. Track and measure customer success metrics, such as retention rates, product usage, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements : Proven experience (2-8 years) as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role in the technology sector. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client concerns proactively. Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical clients. Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools. Passionate about customer satisfaction and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Bachelors degree (BBA, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred). Prior experience in technology, software, SaaS, or related industries preferred.
