Customer Success Manager (CSM-1)

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM-1) at our fast-growing SaaS startup in Noida, Sector-16, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients onboard, adopt, and succeed with our cloud-native products. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance customer value, address challenges promptly, and nurture long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in onboarding new customers to facilitate smooth product adoption and implementation. - Gain in-depth knowledge of our platform to help customers derive maximum value from it. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, working with support and product teams to resolve issues effectively. - Monitor customer health metrics, usage data, and feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities. - Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews with customers to ensure their satisfaction. - Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product enhancements and service improvements. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success plans using CRM tools. - Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, onboarding resources, and success playbooks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - 02 years of experience in a customer-facing or client engagement role (internships or part-time experience welcome). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed under pressure. - Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn SaaS platforms and tools. - Basic understanding of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
