Position: B2B Sales Manager
Experience: 8- 12 years (minimum 5+ years in B2B IT Training Sales) Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate Work Mode: Work from Home (must have own laptop/desktop with internet)
Key Responsibilities:Connect with HR Managers, L&D Managers, CIOs, and CTOs to promote and sell IT Virtual Live Training (VLT) Programs.Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads and qualify them.Understand customer needs and suggest suitable training solutions.Maintain customer details and progress in Zoho CRM.Give product demos and explain how the training programs can help their teams.Prepare and update reports daily.Ensure excellent customer relationship management and communication. Required Skills & Experience:Strong communication, organization, and management skills.Experience in selling IT training solutions to corporate clients (B2B only, no B2C).Good understanding of IT learning and corporate training market.Experience working with large enterprise clients (1,000 to 2,00,000+ employees).Proven track record of acquiring 630+ B2B clients per year.Should have sold or delivered Instructor-Led (ILT) or Virtual Training (VLT) for 5002000 man-days in technologies such as:
ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)
CRM (Salesforce)Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)Programming (Java, Python, .NET, UI/UX)Analytics, Big Data, AI/ML, RPA, etc.Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.Must know how to use CRM tools (Zoho preferred).LinkedIn network of 5000+ connections is a plus.Must have a growth mindset and ability to handle challenges positively. Not Considered:B2C experience (selling to individuals, not companies) will not be accepted.
