Job Description

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring that new customers are onboarded smoothly and effectively, and that they understand the products or services they have purchased. Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns. Works to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers, and works with sales and marketing teams to convert these opportunities into sales.
