Your Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): As the single point of contact for ambitious young job seekers looking to fast-track their careers, your role is to guide, support, and empower them through every stage of their journey - from enrollment to interviews. You’ll play a crucial part in making their experience smooth, motivating, and deeply personalized, while ensuring internal coordination stays tight and efficient. Be the primary relationship owner for job seekers, building trust through timely, consistent, and empathetic communication. Support candidates through key stages of their journey - right from onboarding to interview prep - ensuring they feel confident, informed, and supported. Follow up regularly to drive attendance and engagement for interviews, prep calls, and check-ins. Gather and relay feedback from candidates to the internal team, helping improve the experience and address concerns swiftly. Resolve candidate queries by coordinating with relevant internal team members. Schedule interviews and prep calls with candidates and employers, ensuring no delays in the hiring process. Keep all trackers updated in real-time to ensure the team has accurate visibility into every candidate’s progress. Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and aligned with pre-defined templates and SOPs. Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timeliness: All key scheduling, communication, query resolution, and follow-up actions are completed within 1 hour of status updates. Candidate Experience: High satisfaction among job seekers, reflected in positive feedback and minimal drop-offs or confusion. Accuracy: Trackers and updates reflect real-time progress, minimizing back-and-forth and internal miscommunication. Process Compliance: Communication follows templates and SOPs consistently, maintaining a professional and standardized experience.
