We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and support within a fast-paced business environment. As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Assist the Customer Success team in managing customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat Help maintain and update customer records in our CRM system Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary Participate in customer onboarding processes and follow-up communications Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation Analyze customer feedback and help identify areas for improvement in our products and services Support the team in organizing and conducting customer training sessions and webinars Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact profession
