Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Trainee to support our customer success team in building meaningful relationships with clients and ensuring they have a smooth and effective experience with our product or services. The trainee will assist in onboarding new customers, addressing their concerns, collecting feedback, and working cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to learn customer-centric operations in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelors degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field 2. Availability for a full-time traineeship during the specified period 3. Basic understanding of customer service or support functions Preferred Qualification & Experience: 1. Prior traineeship or internship experience in customer success, support, or related functions 2. Exposure to SaaS or eCommerce platforms 3. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems through academic or project work Essential Soft Skills: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication 2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 3. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly 4. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive 5. Team player with a collaborative mindset Essential Functional & Technical Skills: 1. Analytical thinking and reporting 2. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, ServiceNow) 3. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) 4. Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion) 5. Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases 6. Awareness of APIs and tools like Postman or Bruno 7. Problem-solving ability Preferred Functional & Technical Skills: 1. Experience updating data and generating reports from CRM systems 2. Exposure to dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) 3. Basic product or technical troubleshooting understanding 4. Experience working in cross-functional teams Responsibilities (not the inclusive list) 1. Assist in onboarding new customers by setting up accounts and guiding them through the initial setup 2. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction 3. Build strong relationships by understanding customer goals and challenges 4. Support issue resolution by collaborating with technical and support teams 5. Track and document customer queries, feedback, and resolutions 6. Develop product knowledge and stay updated on feature enhancements 7. Assist in updating customer information in CRM systems 8. Help create customer success reports and performance dashboards 9. Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams 10. Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a consistent customer experience 11. Participate in training and development activities 12. Shadow senior team members to understand customer engagement strategies
