As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for all newly onboarded customers. Your role begins right after sales closes a deal. You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring customers fully onboard, understand, and actively use the Twigaa platform
• Configuring basic settings for customers (no coding required)
• Understanding customer workflows and helping them tailor Twigaa to their needs
• Providing product training calls, demos, and follow-ups
• Monitoring product adoption and making sure every customer actually uses the tool
• Acting as the bridge between customers and internal technical teams
• Helping maintain documentation, support FAQs, and best-practice guides

What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience
• 1–5 years in Customer Success for a SaaS product (mandatory)
• Experience onboarding international customers is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with dashboards, online tools, or CRM systems—comfortable using new software quickly
✔ Skills
• Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
• Strong client-handling & relationship-building abilities
• Process-oriented, dependable, and proactive
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and friendly way
• Tech-savvy; comfortable working with web apps, settings, configurations (no coding needed)
✔ Work Requirements
• Must have a good work-from-home setup (quiet space, camera for calls)
• Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi
• Good laptop capable of handling SaaS tools and Zoom calls
• Ability to work independently and be available for meetings with international clients
