Roles & Responsibilities User Interaction & App Support Increasing User footfall on the tool. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Talk clients through a series of actions via phone, email or chat until theyve solved a technical issue. Maintain jovial relationships with clients Requirements Excellent in Tamil Language (verbally and written) B2B Experience preferably with Retailers/Small business owners Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Basic Graduate in any specialization Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
