Customer Success Executive

You will be joining our team at Estetica, a cutting-edge platform that connects salons, spas, and skin clinics with clients. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding service providers, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong partnerships. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your duties will involve reaching out to salons, spas, and skin clinics to onboard them onto the Estetica platform. You will present Estetica's value proposition and customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each provider. In addition, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with service providers, acting as their main point of contact for addressing queries and concerns effectively. To achieve success in this role, you will need to develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass monthly sales targets. By identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within your assigned territory or segment, you will contribute to the continuous expansion of our business. Market research will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify avenues for business growth and enhancement of Estetica's offerings. It will also be essential for you to maintain accurate records of sales activities, provider data, and contracts within the CRM system. Regular updates and reports on your sales performance and market feedback will be expected. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams is vital, as you will work closely with them to develop campaigns and strategies for provider acquisition and retention. This is a full-time position that requires you to work during the day and morning shifts. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with the team and partners.,
