Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Assist and engage with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. Problem-Solving Address customer concerns efficiently with a solution-oriented approach. Retention & Loyalty Support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Communication Respond to queries via calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Collaboration Work closely with teams to improve customer experience and feedback integration. Requirements: Experience: 0-1 year in Customer Support or Success (E-Commerce or D2C preferred). Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Skills: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer handling abilities. Passion: Interest in clean eating & healthy living is a plus! Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Dommsandra, Sarjapur Location, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
