Position Title: Customer Success Associate Duration: 6 Months Work Type: Contract Location - Remote Exp - 0.6yrs + Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will play a vital role in promoting our subscription-based products to doctors across India. This position involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, addressing their queries, and ensuring successful subscriptions to our offerings. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply. Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Persuasive and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry (preferred). Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Preferred but not a requirement: Graduate in any field (preferably Life Sciences or Pharma-related courses). Experience working in Pharma companies Note - Freshers can also apply for this role, but someone with excellent communication skills.
