Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Noida. The Customer Success Associate will engage with customers, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and work on customer retention strategies. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and data to improve services and address customer needs effectively.
