Job Description

We seek enthusiastic freshers ready to take ownership of client projects from the moment the sales team closes a deal. Your primary responsibility will be to guide our clients through an exceptional onboarding experience and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that the tech team delivers on time and that our clients are satisfied at every step. Role & responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Collect and document client requirements. Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Generate and present regular progress reports. Develop and refine systems and processes to improve project management. Coordinate with the tech team to ensure timely project delivery. Preferred candidate profile No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training. A strong willingness to learn and go the extra mile to satisfy customers. A desire to continuously improve and strive for excellence in your role. Basic knowledge of Excel and Canva is a plus.
