Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Sector 30, Gurugram, involves providing high-quality customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. The Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for clients while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams to address service concerns. Ideal candidates should have prior customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with service tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous background in customer service, support, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong grasp of customer satisfaction standards and overall customer experience principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills
• Capability to resolve issues effectively and manage challenging situations with professionalism
• Experience using customer service tools or software is beneficial
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
• Open to candidates who are graduates as well as those currently pursuing or who have not completed graduation.
