Perk & Benefits 40k-90K in hand monthly Salary (Salary is not a constraint for good candidates) Monthly Incentives Key Responsibilities Cross-Sell and Up-Sell via Outbound and Inbound Call Process Inside Sales Process (No Cold Calling) Make Outbound calls to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention via repeat orders Handle Inbound customer calls over sales queries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction scores via repeat purchase metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, and overall customer experience Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in sales or related field Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), mostly verbal Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in outbound sales Previous experience in a customer service role within e-commerce sector would be an added advantage. Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi Additional language (Marathi) proficiency is a plus.
