Job Title: Advisor / Customer Success Advisor (Voice Process) Process: Inbound / Outbound (Sales, Insurance & Customer Support) Location: Pune, Maharashtra About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales, Insurance, and Customer Support teams for a voice-based process . Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, if you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls , assisting customers with sales, insurance, or service-related queries Provide accurate information and support on insurance policies, claims, and applications Troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a seamless experience Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies What We Offer: Salary: Freshers Up to 28,000 CTC | Experienced Up to 40,000 CTC Location: Pune, Maharashtra Qualification: Graduation is mandatory Language Preferences: Open to Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Oriya, Assamese, and Gujarati speakers Interview Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM 5 PM If you're ready to build a rewarding career in customer service, apply now!
