Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Onboard new clients by supporting product setup, training, and initial usage.
  • Understand customer goals and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts, track usage metrics, and identify risks or growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and share performance updates with clients.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
  • Languages: Fluent in English and B2/ B2.2/ C1 Certified in Dutch/Hebrew/Italian Language
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Clear grammar and pronunciation (no MTI or RTI)
  • Good interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
