Customer Success and Implementation Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding, training, and adoption of chatbot solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support
• Coordinate between clients and the tech team for custom chatbot requirements
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention
• Gather and document client requirements and feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Maintain client records, reports, and project updates
• Assist in optimizing chatbot performance based on user feedback
• Use Excel and Google Workspace tools to manage data, reporting, and documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate must possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support Skills.
• Must have excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong Analytical skills to understand customer feedback and provide solutions.
• Must have a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• Should have knowledge about basic AI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
