You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning customer satisfaction across multiple channels
• Handling queries, issues, and escalations with speed and clarity
• Using data and feedback to improve user experience
• Coordinating with internal teams (content, sales, ops) to resolve problems

Customer Experience, Client, and Content Management

• Fresher or

  0–2 years

  of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong

  interpersonal and communication skills

  (spoken and written)
• Experience or interest in

  customer support / customer success

• Good

  analytical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

• Great presence of mind

  and quick thinking
• Comfortable presenting and explaining things to others
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field is a plus, not mandatory)
• A true
