Customer Service/Sales Representative

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote services to clients and negotiate contracts in order to maximize profits. You will be expected to generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references and cold calling. Meeting and pitching service offerings to potential clients will also be a key part of your role. Building trust by effectively handling customer objections is essential, as is developing long-term relationships with portfolio customers to ensure continued business and referrals. In this position, you will need to coordinate with different teams to resolve issues in ongoing transactions and ensure the flawless execution of processes. A strong business sense is required, along with the ability to drive growth and directly impact the development of new solutions and services across the organization's growing footprint. Additionally, you will be responsible for hunting and developing logistics opportunities nationally. This is a full-time position with benefits that include provided food, health insurance, and a Provident Fund. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday with night shifts. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the compensation package. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and 1 year of experience in US Sales.
