Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other teams to improve service delivery.
