Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in GURGAON
for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will interact with customers via calls, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You will be expected to provide a positive customer experience by handling complaints and offering appropriate solutions efficiently and upsell the product.
Salary -up to 50k basic inhand

Qualifications

1 year experience in International voice process (bpo)
Excellent communication skills
undergraduate and graduate both!
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
