Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to be the first line of communication for students and parents. You'll respond to queries, guide students through our services, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience across touchpoints — on phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to student and parent queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with clarity and professionalism.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and assist students in booking counseling sessions.
  • Guide students through the documentation, application, and visa process by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Proactively check in with students to ensure satisfaction and track progress at different stages.
  • Resolve complaints or concerns with patience and timely escalation if needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of customer support or telecalling experience (preferably in education, edtech, or service-based industries).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset — you genuinely care about solving problems.
  • Confidence in handling phone and WhatsApp-based communication.
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).

Job Details

  • Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi (On-site only)
  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
  • Timings: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
