Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in blended process, call center environment, international BPO, or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS :

3. Shift Timing : Rotational Shift 24x7

4. Week-Off : 2 Rotational Off

5. Salary : Up to 3.56 LPA
