We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the real estate transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Assist clients with property listings, scheduling viewings, and providing detailed information about available properties. Maintain and update client records in our CRM system. Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to ensure a smooth transaction process. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and follow-up with clients. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
