Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Fort

Department: B2B Sales / New Business Development

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage pre- and post-sales coordination. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for potential and new clients from the initial point of contact through onboarding and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex product communication, sales documentation, and internal coordination across departments to deliver a professional and efficient client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share product information, technical datasheets, and introductory materials.
  • Support proposal creation, pricing documentation, and commercial terms in coordination with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries related to features, compatibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to onboarding, working closely with delivery, support, or customer success teams.
  • Monitor post-sale deliverables and timelines to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Track customer feedback, pain points, and satisfaction metrics to share with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining long-term client relationships by ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, agreements, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
  • Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, onboarding status, and service feedback.
  • Support the NBD team in improving internal sales and support processes through insights and coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales support roles—preferably in a product-based B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B customer journeys, especially pre-sales to post-sales transitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,606.53 - ₹18,435.52 per month
