Job Description

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email and chat in a timely and professional manner. Providing accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and order statuses. Assisting customers with order processing, cancellations, and returns Handling customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in the system. Supporting back-office operations such as data entry, report generation, and order management. Working collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service. What requirements must I meet to join the team Graduate in any discipline Proficiency in both written and spoken English (B2 level). 0-24 months of experience in a contact center or back-office role (freshers are welcome). Strong written communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Amenable to work full-time, in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
