Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Goregaon. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and aim for customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
