Role Description

This is a hybrid position (1 day office, 5 days work from home) for a Customer Service Representative Intern located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative Intern will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with the internal team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in handling Customer Experience and working as Customer Service Representatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any relevant field
