Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Outbound & Inbound Calls, Tele Sales) Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Calicut Languages Required: Hyderabad: Hindi, English, Telugu Bengaluru: Kannada, Hindi, English Mumbai: Marathi, Hindi, English Calicut: Malayalam, Hindi, English Employment Type: Full-time, Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer inquiries and sales. Explain healthcare services and encourage teleconsultations & physical visits. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer engagement. Maintain daily reports on calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Training & Work from Home Opportunity: Mandatory 1-2 months training at Calicut location (Accommodation, food, and transportation provided by the company). Post-training, work-from-home opportunity based on performance and confirmation. Applicable for candidates outside Kerala. Mandatory fluency in Hindi & English along with one regional language. Preferably immediate joiners with excellent communication skills. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply. Skills: Strong communication, sales ability, problem-solving, and customer handling.
