Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. They will interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person, to address their needs and provide comprehensive solutions.

• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

Salary: 10k - 12k/month depending on skills
