Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries and escalations on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.Ensure response timelines are met as per defined SLA standards.Maintain the brand's tone, professionalism, and messaging across all interactions.Make outbound calls to customers as needed, especially upon request or to resolve issues.Demonstrate product knowledge, particularly in skincare, to assist customers effectively.Analyze customer feedback and data to identify patterns or recurring issues.Coordinate proactively with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) for timely resolutions.Requirements:1–2 years of experience in a chat or blended customer service role is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.Basic understanding of skincare or familiarity with skincare products is a plus.Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Willingness to work on rotational shifts and week-offs.A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
