We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Care Executives for voice and sales processes. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services to potential customers. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Familiarity with computers and MS Excel. 03 years of experience (preferred but not mandatory). Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound calls and provide product/service details. Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions. Meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries and ensure resolution.
