We're looking for detail-oriented, thoughtful, and motivated individuals based in India to join our remote team as Customer Support Specialists . Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities As part of the customer support team, you’ll be the main point of contact for our users—answering their questions, solving their problems, and making sure they feel heard and supported. Most of this will happen in writing and in English, so strong written communication is essential. But support here goes beyond replying to messages. You’ll also: Spot patterns in feedback and share those insights with product and engineering teams Respond to public product reviews with professionalism and care Write and update FAQs, help center articles, and internal support docs Collaborate with teams to improve the product from a user perspective Actively look for ways to make our support faster, friendlier, and more effective We want our users to feel not just helped, but genuinely cared for—and you’ll be a big part of making that happen.
