Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 1>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 2>Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 3>Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 4>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. 5>Processing orders, refunds, payment links, Escalations. 6>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 7>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 8>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 9>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 10> Taking part in Events work. 11> Doing feedback calls to customers on time required. 12> Sending Notification msgs to customers on time. Customer Service Representative Requirements: 1>High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. 2>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. 3>Comfortable using computers. 4>Experience working with customer support.
