Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer service requests, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer support.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in managing Customer Experience and handling Customer Service Representatives
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
