FRESHERS - 19K CTC EXPERIENCE - 23K CTC 6 Days working. Rotational Shifts. Work from Office. INTERVIEW MODE - Walk-in. NOTE - Kindly go through the Job Description before applying. Do not apply if you're not well-versed in spoken and written ENGLISH . Roles and Responsibility - Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Managing proactively inbound and outbound calls . Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience. Desired candidates Profiles - Any GRADUATE with excellent English communication with experience can apply.
